Discourse Network Analysis of the Use of Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) for Non-Sports Activities in Indonesian Online News Media
Analisis Jaringan Wacana Penggunaan Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) untuk Kegiatan Non-Olahraga pada Media Berita Online Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji wacana publik yang terpolarisasi seputar penggunaan multifungsi Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) untuk acara non-olahraga dalam media berita daring Indonesia. Meskipun JIS diresmikan sebagai simbol identitas kota global dan tempat untuk berbagai kegiatan, pemanfaatannya di luar olahraga telah memicu perdebatan antara pendukung yang mengadvokasi nilai ekonomi dan kritikus yang mengkhawatirkan degradasi identitas olahraga aslinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Jaringan Wacana (Discourse Network Analysis/DNA), dengan memetakan struktur jaringan aktor dan argumen mereka. Data artikel berita daring dari Mei 2022 hingga Desember 2023 dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Discourse Network Analyzer dan Visone. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa koalisi pro-multievent, yang terdiri dari manajemen Jakpro, pejabat DKI Jakarta, dan konsultan, mendominasi wacana dengan menekankan manfaat ekonomi dan citra kota. Sebaliknya, aktor-aktor pendukung fungsi olahraga murni, meskipun kurang dominan, berfungsi sebagai jembatan diskursif penting. Temuan ini menyoroti bagaimana legitimasi publik terhadap kebijakan fasilitas publik dibentuk oleh strategi komunikasi koalisi dominan, menekankan perlunya dialog yang lebih inklusif dan pedoman transparan.
